Embarrassing !!!!!

A couple weeks ago something very embarrassing happened to me at home, I was sitting on the bed when I thought that I had to pass gas when I pooped on myself, I couldn't believe it, I was so embarrassed that I ran in the bathroom & instantly took a shower, what's the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you?

lol I constantly pee myself a little when I sneeze or cough or laugh too hard. Before I found out I was pregnant, the first time I threw up, I woke up and ran to the bathroom to puke and my bf got up and got me some water and held my hair back while I puked and I threw up so hard that I pissed myself. **** happens..

My hubby and I got all dressed up last night to going out for a bit and I was wearing maternity jeans...was he was locking the door behind us I sneezed and peed all down my leg! I was so upset because it had taken so much energy to get ready that I just cried :( lol

I was out walking the dogs with my bf and he jumped in a puddle that was alot deeper than it looked.... i really did wet myself from laughing so much... it was after this time that i started wearing pads so that if i did wee a little the pad would catch it!!!

Lol after having my son (he is 3 now) I still pee on myself a little when I sneeze or laugh too hard without consciously holding my muscles down there in... And one time my 14 year old step son wanted me to jump on the trampoline with him and I used to LOVE trampolines so I got up there and by the 3rd jump gravity won and I needed new undies...

Jollydoll. I did the same thing. Hub and I just got back and I had held it all the way home. When I got to the bathroom door I sneezed! I was so angry and upset I sat and cried.

Lol i had this problem before 19wks coz i had bad diarrheo lol... I messed up my undies for good so many times.. Now i m just constipated so this problemis gone...
