Energy please
ughhhh I am soooo tired and I have work in a few... Whats a natural way to get energy ?
I feel the same way! Lol you just have to push yourself through it. I have been. Today I didn't have a rife to work and had to walk over 3 miles. It sucked, but I just pushed myself. Try oj and apple juice too. That's what I use to here myself going.:) good luck.
