Entire bump hurting

So I try as much as I can to sleep on my side, I don't live with my partner/bd so when he's not here I use a pillow to stop me from rolling, when he is here we just spoon all night and don't really move, anyway I'm waking up every morning and bubs is always right up high and it really hurts, I'm 18+6 and just starting to get my bump, he/she moves down by the time I get up and walk around a bit but until then I've woken up crying before

the baby is probably a cm or 2 below my belly button when sitting up high, otherwise you cant tell I have a bump, and it's the whole area extended from my stomach that hurts, pretty much right where bubs sits, I think it's that higher up I'm smaller, more on my waist than my hips so it's like trying to get your hand inside an un-inflated balloon...very squishy and stretched and tense

I'm not sure exactly where your feeling the pain but are you sure it's the baby? I ask because if I remember correctly, your uterus is not quite above your belly button by 18 weeks. Try googling how far up it goes and if you're feeling pain higher it's either because your organs are starting to get squished up there or some other reason you might want to ask your doc about. Good luck!
