Epidural...

Since the epidural gets u numb from waist down, do the nurses hold your legs while tryna push baby out?? Just curious

With my first son my mom and bf helt my legs and second time my bf and the nurse helt em! My mom wanted to take pictures since shes a photographer(:

I think a nurse and if your baby's father or whoever is there holds one.

Yes they do, they help you every step of the way. They even help you use the restroom the first few times after the baby is born until you get all the feeling back.
