Excessive discharge?

So I work a pretty active job where I walk ALOT,  pull roll carts of merchandise, bend down, squat down and so forth.  Today while doing my normal duties, I have been extra achy in my pelvis area, kinda crampy. I went to the restroom and noticed  that my panties were wetter than normal and it was so bad today that  it soaked through to my pants. I'm not  what's going on.. I'm 22.2 btw

Increased discharge is normal but on the safe side you might wanna call the Dr.  You can never be too safe!

it can be a leak in your amniotic sack, id get to or at least call labor and delivery or your dr. You'll more than likely be told to go in though. You also may have just peed yourself a bit without noticing,  embarrassing slightly but it happens when you got a baby growing in there! but dont ignore it!! hope you get your answer and all is good♡
