Does anyone get the feeling like your leaking down below. Could it be discharge or amiotic fluid?
Panty liners have been my best friend. Change them frequently other wise you can get an infection.
Either that or switch to cotton panties. They dry out faster causing the wetness to not last so long.

Yes I have had the same thing but it is normal as long as there is no blood or anything
