No soft cheeses, no cold meats, no under cooked steak, no under cooked eggs (meaning no runny yolk) no mayonnaise that hasn't been pasteurized, no reheated food that is more than 24 hours old, no soft serve ice cream and no re heated chicken.

Avoid lunch meat and hot dogs (not heated) they can contain listeria. Listeria in a normal person can be no big deal they may not even know they have it, but in someone who's pregnant it can cause extreme illness, miscarriage, premature birth and even still born babies. I have even read to make sure the juices from lunch meat and hot dogs does not get on other food in your fridge. To me it's not worth the risk even if it is a small one. Also limit seafood. You can have it like once a week. this is due to the mercury in certain sea foods. Avoid all under cooked meats eggs and make sure you only eat pasteurized dairy
