Cramps are normal just your body adjusting to make room for baby. If they last for long periods of time and are severe, call your doctor or go to the emergency room just to be safe. Headaches are also very common through out the entire pregnancy. Its usually caused by increase in blood pressure, dehydration, and hormones. I recommend drinking LOTS of water, take your daily dose of prenatal vitamin, and to eat healthy. Try and eat as many veggies as possible especially the ones high on folic acid. Most green leafy veggies kale, broccoli, spinach ect. Also try and get some excerise in to get your blood bumping to relieve some tension in your body. Go for walks, yoga, stretch out your body. Look up yoga for pregnancy back ache on YouTube. They have some good videos on there to help ease back pain. It helped me. Ware a well supportive bra that isn't tight on the shoulders but gives you good support. Try to relax, eat healthy, and exercise. Hope I've helped!
Hope you feel better :)

I talk to my baby and tell her to calm down. And for some reason it's ceased but I still get migraines time to time. If you think positively, you may be able to psych yourself out

I was having the same problems but with migraines and they would make me throw up they got so bad. I changed my prenatals and that helped a lot unfortunatley the back pain didn't go away from me it's still there, but chiropractors can help a lot your back could be causing the headaches and nausea I would look into that! Even a massage might help!
