FTM lots of questions

I only bought 1 pack of newborn diapers so far it came with 88 in there how many more should I buy and what sizes , I do have lots of onesies I counted about 22 and about 8 or 9 sleepers  in newborn and  3 outfits is new born what sizes should I buy next 0-3 months, 3months or 3-6 months I'm confused someone plz tell me and what's the difference between just 3 months , 0-3months and 3-6 months ??

I do understand the diaper part now but I'm more worried about having enough clothing and the sizes for her , that's what I need help understanding

Size 1s are too big on my son right now. I even used newborns on my first and he was 8.8lbs but he only wore them for 2 weeks then he went to size 1. But this baby was 6.13lbs

I didn't use newborns at all just size 1 and my baby was 7lb11in

Diapers I'd buy more. My son is 2 weeks still in newborn and he's already gone through almost 200 diapers.

Buy 0-3 months then 3-6 months. They get bigger and bigger
