You should be able to go to any walk in clinic too. If you are in school and there is a nurse avail there you can check with them too. Way to go for being sooo proactive and responsible. :) I told my parents when I was your age that I had to be on BC because it regulated my periods and because it reduces the pain associated with period too...this might be something you could ask your mom to make an apt. for you to see the doc. You can tell her that you have bad cramps now with periods and that you want to see your doc about it. Then when you get there - try to get a business card so you can start to take control of that responsibility in your life. Cheers HUn!
Hi Sweetie,
You can get birth control without your parents consent at Planned Parenthood or a Teen Clinic. Try googling one in your area and go ASAP. My little sisters, and cousins who have all experienced teen pregnancy by thinking it just wouldn't happen to them (my mom had me and 16 and trust me it was hard for her but harder for me having a mom who just wanted to be young and feeling like a burden to her) so please go as soon as possible and don't think it won't happen to you. It only takes one second, one time, one little drop of sperm. Be careful.
You can do this by seeing a doctor or a going to planned parenthood.
You can also buy condoms at any grocery store.
