start buying baby stuff?

how early is it to start buying baby stuff? iam 15+4 and i want to start buying baby stuff. i still don't know what iam having but there's more things you can buy either for a boy or girl. like the crib and other stuff. my mom says its not good to bring any baby stuff to early cuz she says it bad luck? but idk if i should believe in that! also how heavy do you guys think i can left up? like how much weight?

It's ur choice when you start buying stuff but I personally waited till after my baby shower. I'm now 34+2 and have everything I need

yes iam wait till i know what Iam having to buy stuff but iam just so exited. iam find out on April 9:) it seems a long time from now.

I completely understand how you feel, because when i found out i was pregnant every time i went to the store i would go to the baby section & just stare at all the stuff lol. I was anxious to buy things but my hubby stopped me. Really it's best to wait until you find out the gender! It makes it so much fun(: i'm currently 6months & I've been buying so much stuff for my baby boy. He's my first child!

I didn't really wait lol, we bought a crib, bassinet, blankets, ect. Once I found out he was a boy I started getting clothing and things for him. There are some things you will need regardless the gender so why wait if you don't have to?

okay thanks. yea i was just a little worried because i lefted something a little heavy. but hopefully my baby is good. i haven't had any complications only when i was 9 weeks i went to the er cuz i was spotting a little blood but they said the crivix  was close and there were no signs of a misscarage. i just feel like weird feelings in my tummy but hopefully its nothing bad. it doesn't hurt i just feel something. but maybe its just because Iam thinking of it that something bad could happen. and yea i haven't bought anything yet but my mom had a basket full of baby clothes from by brother and sister and i was choosing the stuff i want for my baby since the clothes is like almost new and nice looking.  ohh and that's what i lefted the basket of clothes.

Well I started buying lil things like wipes and recieving blankets(gender neautral) until I found out the gender.. then all I really wanted to do was shop! So I would buy things that you know you're gonna use a lot of just to fill the craving(baby shopping is so fun!) but I promise once you know that gender in a few weeks you're gonna wanna go wild in the baby dept. Lol

If you haven't had any complications then 20 lbs till the third trimester. And I would wait till you found out the sex. My hubby and I would always buy babys very first sruffed animal and outfit the day we found out what we are having. It makes it so much more special. Especially since it is babys coming home outfit. We did it with our son and also for our little girl that will be here in 13 days

My dr says no more then 20 pounds.. and I would just wait untill u know what your having but ultimately its ur choice lol
