Your baby will most likely come out small but you have to eat right and just keep it healthy as long as you do that you will be fine but you are also going to need special treatment and more visits to the doctor. I hope everything goes good ! I'm barely 10 weeks pregnant & I'm also 18. It just depends how you take care of yourself . keep up with doctors girl you can do this !! :) wish you the best

My mother was five foot two and never weighed more than 105 until she turned into an older lady, except when the was pregnant.  She had five kids.

Talk to your doctor about what you can eat that will add the calories you need without making you feel like you're stuffing yourself, it might be a modest percentage over what you eat now.

Be sure you take your prenatal vitamins, especially be sure they have a full complement of Folic Acid in them (or take it in addition.)

And be sure to eat a healthy diet.  If one of the ways you kept your weight down was by only eating lettuce with lemon juice for two meals out of three or anything like that, now is the time to knock that off and eat a balanced diet.  If you don't know exactly what that means, ask your doctor for a consult with a dietician, or at least get some handouts from him or her on proper diet during pregnancy.

Your body might help you by automatically making you more hungry.  Mine really kicked up the "I'm starving" vibe to me, when I was nursing.
