I started feeling pregnancy symptoms at 11dpo.  That was when I had my first positive test  too.

you said you would be around 2 weeks pregant. well "During "week two of pregnancy," you are still not pregnant. During this week, the uterine lining is thickening in preparation for pregnancy. Also, ovulation (the release of an egg) is about to occur. Although it may be confusing to think about a pregnancy starting before your child is even conceived, doctors calculate your due date from the beginning of your last menstrual cycle, since it is hard to know exactly when conception occurred"

i started feeling pregnancy symptoms around the time of my missed period. so week 4

I definetly believe you can get symtoms.  I started getting the worst acid indegestion and had period like cramps immidiatly after we conceived.  I'm now trying again and having similar pain in my tummy, but no reflux- I guess every pregancy is different

I think you can. I've had the same symtoms for about two weeks now along with a cold, headaches, fatigue, mood swings, etc. But I'm still gonna wait till next tues to test again because AF is still not here.....
