Also, you can save a little money by buying an extra pack or 2 of receiving blankets and cutting them into rectangles. I made like 6-8 burping cloths from 2 blankets going about it this way.

Thank you everyone! I am not due until June 29th but I recently found out I am having a girl and I was wondering so I could be ready with a whole list. I've written down so many and then realize I am always forgetting something. Thank you again everyone. :)

My baby will be in mine and my partners room as well as we are staying with my partners parents, basically you need the essentials, like in our room I have the bassienet, set of draws with all bubs clothes, I have linen for bub in the bottom draw, baby bag ready and your hospital bag ready for when you go into labor, I have a change table with a nappy stacker, we have a cot but it's not gonna be put up until bub is out of the bassinet, hopefully he have a place by then though, pretty much all my babies stuff is in places I could find in the room until we have our own space

Crib/bassinet, bouncy/vibrating seat, car seat & stroller, diaper bag, diapers, wipes, bottles and nipples and liners if you're using those kind of bottles. Diaper rash ointment, swaddling/recieving blankets, hats and heavy clothes if you're due soon and its cold where you are. A lot of people will say mittens so the baby doesnt scratch its face, but if you keep their nails trimmed then the mittens really arent necessary.
