help!
Every time I move or even when I'm lying down I feel some kind of pain in my lower abdomen..like if I keep moving in the direction I'm going it feels like I'm gonna pull something in there? Sorry if that doesn't make sense idk how else to describe it

I had the same thing with my last baby and this one everything came out fine dr described it as round ligament pain and stretching. Hope that helps :)
Just try to not get up fast or make sudden movements eventually u kinda figure out which ways not to turn lol I have 3 boys under 6 tho so sumtimes I just have to jump up
