Flu like symptoms
I feel like I have the flu, which started randomly today. Its happened once before and only lasted a day and a half. The first time I saw a Dr. But he said I was fine. But he also didn't actually test me for the flu because he hasn't seen anyone come in with the flu this summer. I'm so misrible and I need to work. I'm only 15w6d. Anyone else have this issue?

Achy all over with sharp pains randomly, chills, headache, extreme fatigue, I can't tell if I'm hot or cold, my lower back feels tight, no thermometer so idk if I have a fever, my limbs feel weird, i moan involuntarily even when asleep (which is how myom could tell I was actually sick when I was little) I have a cough. Ik they arent all flu symptoms but its the best way to describe how I felt.
