Braxton hicks question
Has anyone expirenced tightness in their lower back while having Braxton hicks contractions? I'm 25 weeks and I'm not sure how often you're supposed to et them, but I have quite a few every day. Last night I was having them while in the shower and my lower back got really tight. It lasted a few minutes and the BHC lasted the whole time as well. I'm going to call my dr today but was wondering if anyone else had expierenced this?

Ok ik the Braxton hicks are normal but I'd only gotten the tightness in my back once so I wasn't sure if it was a normal part of it.
I always get this and im 27 weeks . . Its normal for your body to prepare for labour ! If it gets so bad that you cannot move go to your doc !! :)
