So, I'm 24 weeks pregnant. 2nd pregnancy. 1st baby. I've always heard and seen that girls carry higher than boys. I'm having a girl but still carrying very low. I never feel her above.my belly button. Amy one else like this?

There is no scientific evidence behind that wife's tale... it simply is not true more than 50% of the time. It has more to do with the position of your uterus and your body, being that this is your first baby or even if you are younger- your muscles are tighter and more resistant to stretching. @ 24 weeks the very top of your uterus is probably just varily over your bellybutton. The uterus reaches the bellybutton around 20 weeks, so you are not likely much past that, therefore she could not possible be all the way up there.

I'm pregnant with my 2 nd girl and my 1 st was high and this one has been really low.  So i think it just depends on where the baby finds a comfy spot.

I did. Where you carry means nothing, it is just where the baby is.
