Well it seems that everyone is having boys, and now we found out that we are too!!!!!  The tech said that she was pretty sure it was a boy.  I just hope she didn't mistake his manhood for the cord!!  I always felt like it was a boy...we are so excited.

Congrats! You said it..EveryOne is having boys! Were are all my girls at??? Im hoping for a girl!!!! We had a u/s on monday and the cord was between the legs so we have to wait 5more weeks

mamofonetrying- There was another women in the room next to us that had the same issue as you....the cord was in the way and they couldn't tell.  I just hope th tech didn't mistake our cord for a penis :)

No, i think they can tell the differents, the cord has blood flow in it so when they turn on the thing to show where the blood flow is, they know its the corded.
