So I had my doctor appointment on Friday and I am 34 weeks. They had told me baby was fine just heart rate a little low but he's okay. They had a few concerns about what has been going on with me the past week or so. And then proceeded to say that if I were I ever go into labor anytime now they would not stop me they would just let me have the baby.
So I am looking into different birthing positions. Breathing techniques for labor when you have asthma and medications for pain. What would you mothers already suggest? I'm trying to be more active to help with labor but I'm having troubles with getting cramps when I do so I don't very often. I anything I walk and I don't get very far because my feet hurt so bad. So I need asthma breathing techniques because with my asthma I have a lot of trouble calming down when my body is under stress. Any moms have asthma out there? What was birth like for you? I want the epidural but I kinda want to look into others as well because I hear the epidural can have some problems on the mom and baby or may not work or work all the way. I'm afraid if I don't look into different birthing positions I might tare something or hurt myself. What's the best way for things to go smoothly during birth? I'm trying to get my grandma to buy me an exercise ball also to help with posture and helping with labor and back pain everything else. Thanks if you can help me. First time mom and as I get closer and I keep getting told I might have the baby earlier than my due date I'm just afraid i'm not prepared yet. Trying to get baby's stuff into the dad's house this month before he gets here while organizing my things and his. Oh also any stress relievers? I seem to be getting so stressed real easily and to the point I've cried just because my boyfriend said one thing to me as a joke. Don't want my stress to be what is causing problems with me and baby.
