For breastfeeding mothers, comment below.

What are natural ways to increase your break milk supply? I'm skeptical of trying medicine, are there natural ways that has actually worked you? I would like to hear 1st head experience. Thanks.

Yes, eat like steel cut oats for oatmeal, lots of liquids and protein. Lots and lots of skin to skin and offer your breast atleast every 2 hours and/or whenever baby makes a peep. Stay away from bottles while you get your supply up and when you do use them (if you do) look into paced bottle feeding and never move the nipple size up from the newborn slow flow nipple. The flow from your breast never changes and if you give baby a faster flowing bottle they will get frustrated at the breast

Eat old fashion oat meal everyday not the instant packs and foods like carrots and almonds. Dont give a bottle or pacifier if baby wants to suck let them suck as long as they want (if possible)

I noticed that oatmeal helped my milk supply I made cookies and started eating oatmeal for breakfast. Also if you pump between feedings it will help.

I would suggest looking up some recipes for lactation cookies and drinking lots and lots of water there is also something called mothers milk tea that might encourage your body to make more breast milk.

I breast Fed my daughter, my supply asked down when she was 2 months and dried out completely when she was about 3.5 months. I tried fenugreek, you can get it at gnc stores. It was dr recommended, but I was using it wrong. You're supposed to take up to 9 pills a day, 3 pills 3 times a day but I was only taking 1 a day and it turned my milk a greenish tint. What did did keep my going was warm compresses to bring the milk down. That worked really well for a while
