For those of you already breastfeeding

Quick question: my baby girl is 4 weeks old and has started sleeping for 4 hours, wakes up to nurse, and then sleeps for another 3/4hours at night but is so loud in her sleep she wakes us up about every hour if not more often. I've been so tired I've stopped pumping in the middle of the night. Will this effect my supply a lot?? I'll pump if I'm really full but don't go out of my way to do it and I've been pumping about 10oz a day the last two days that I've not pumped at night. Opinions/experiences? Thank you in advance!

I'm nursing on demand and pumping in between feedings to store for when I go back to work, so I've been ebfing and still pumping an additional 10+oz a day. I've been waking up around 5am with one side rock hard. I have a really fast/forceful let down, mainly one the same side that gets fuller faster, that has been giving us trouble if I let her nurse from that side at night. (forceful vomiting and choking while nursing) I think I'll skip pumping for a few more nights and see what happens...and try to enjoy what little sleep I can get!

I never pumped and my son was sleeping 6 hours at a time during the night by about 7weeks. My supply didnt decrease I would just wake up full but my son would gulp it all down and sleep another 6hrs and wake up and empty the other breast then be ready for the day. He cluster fed every night before he fell asleep though too

My experience was pumping was way worse I never got enough milk out its best if the baby is latching on. But I used to wake up every two hours to feed the baby to keep my supply going to eventually start stories g the milk. Try maybe for every three hrs to feed. Are you only pumping? Breast milk is a lot lighter on a babies stomach therefore they need to eat more its not heavy like formula.
