constant worrying :( please help

I am 12 weeks along. I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks, I have had two ultrasounds and everything was fine. But I still just worry constantly, if I'm doing everything right or if baby is okay. I havent felt any movement and this is my first baby. Has anyone else had this problem? Just constant worrying?

I'm 31 weeks and I worry too still. I remember in the beginning I worried a lot as well it's hard when you can feel baby move. Whenever I worry now I drink some water and lay down and count her kicks which makes me feel better.

Everyone experiences flutters and movements at different times. I've felt my son start kicking at 18-19 weeks where you can feel on the outside. But everyone is different.

I think you're right about that, do you know what you're having? :) I can't wait to find out what we're having.

I'm 27 weeks and I still worry. I think it's just a natural instinct to be concerned about your child. Everything will be ok.
