I've never had a frank breech, but from what I've read there are Dr's who will vaginally deliver them you just have to look around. I've read a lot about it and it comes down to being informed on birthing positions, being in tuned with your body, and knowing the risks. Women have done it without complications. In the mean time check out spinning babies website, and sit on birthing ball/stand as much as possible. I've also heard playing music down by your pubic bone could stimulate spinning.
Usually your baby has already changed positions from frank breech to head down. You still have 5 weeks for the baby to turn around or the doctor can try to turn baby around by methods. If your baby doesn't turn around you will have to get a C-section because trying to deliver frank breech position has a lot of problems that could go very wrong.
