How did you tell your significant other/baby daddy that you were pregnant??
Here's mine: my husband and I were watching TV and stuff, day before Easter. And I kept having to pee like every 15mins( no exaggeratation)... So my husband went to take the dog out, and I sneaked in the bathroom. I had ONE pregnancy test left from my friend who came over....
And I did it. I looked at it like.. Noooo... No way! Whatttt? Ahaha, and then when daddy walked in, I had it in my hands and I was like.... Uhhhmmm... I think we need to talk. And he looked down, and was like.. OH MY GOD!!! and started crying/tearing up. Ahah.. It was too cute.

He took me to the doctor because I thought I had a bladder infection. And I told the doctor that I had missed my period for two months and so he went and did a pregnancy test and came back in the room and told both of us and my boyfriend was so shocked. I had to repeat it to him.
Mine is pretty short i was with my boyfriend and we were just hanging out and i told him we needed to talk and he looked at me and said "your pregnant" joking around and i said actually yes and he looked at me and smiled & he said he was excited ...
So i was only 2 days late on my period and didn't think nothing of it at all. Then when I was at my unit for drill that weekend my battles were telling me oh your pregnant because my uniform got tight and I was like nah it can't be like I'm just fat now like literally I was only 2 days late so me and my boyfriend was gonna go to Puerto Rico for vacation and they said well take a test before you go so you don't drink to much since it's 18 to drink lol so when I got to my boyfriends house after drill I ended up asking his mom to take me to the store since I was have extreme back pains ( basic training problems) so then I said well if I buy one it won't hurt at all just to know so I bought a store brand pack and went back to his house went straight to the bath room and pissed then it came up bold and couldn't miss it I was definitely pregnant I took one so I texted him to come to our room (he was playing 2k) and he came up seen me crying on the bed said wassup and I showed him the test. He grabbed me and said don't worry monkey butt it's gonna be ok.. Then said so that's why ya **** smelled like asparagus lmfao.... He got me to calm down the. Said take the second one in the morning (right before our flight) then I did still bold line and he got happy and said well we are going on vacation no baby talk and that's all I did because I was getting so scared my family would find out
I had been trying for over a year to get pregnant and was scared I wasn't going to be able to I have had three kids my first baby was still born at birth and I have a boy and a girl at home....I got divorced and had finally met someone I wanted to be with we decided to have a baby my youngest is four and my fiance has no kids....so I was trying and nothing for over ayear I even tried taking pills prescribed by my Dr to get pregnant and after two months nothing still....so I gave up and then I started feeling sick a month later after not taking anything...I bought the clear blue tests and it came out positive...I waited two days because I didn't believe it and took another when it came out positive I told my fiance and he thought I was playing until he came to the clinic and saw its positive he's so excites for his first baby I am now 34+4 with a baby boy :)
My husband knew i was pregnant before i knew. I always told him no im not that im about to start my period. Well a few days later i had a doctor's apt. Just for a yearly check up that i get. I left the clinic when everything was over and my doctor called me and said i was pregnant, my husband was sitting right next to me and heard the whole thing. After i got off the phone he was like, What did she say?! I told him and he replys, Are you sure shes right? Lol, he said i told you and was very excited! :)
We'd been trying for a year and I was done trying was getting too hard to keep being let down. Well in the end of June he had come down with and lot of pain, after a week of it not going away, I took him to the ER where he was sent to UW, I should have gotten my period the second day he was at UW. I figured it was stress not knowing what was wrong with him and there being nothing I could do. Plus all the emotions I was feeling because he'd been an *** without meaning to because he hurt so bad and the doctors were doing everything but focusing on where the pain was as send on his Crohns disease. Well as snifter him being home for a couple days, I thought I'd get my period. I didn't, so on a Saturday morning I took a test, he was outside smoking, didn't know I was taking one, and I run out to him and he asked what's wrong, I showed him the stick and he hugged me really tight saying that makes up for doctors not figuring out what was wrong with him. 2 weeks later we found out he had shingles! Good thing I had the chicken pox vaccines!
Mine was kinda just for fun.. me and my sister had went to walmart to just kill time and my periods have always been irregular but i had been feelin sick so i got a couole test just for what ifs cus i was sure i wasnt prego. I took one as soon as i got home 10:30 pm and it was instant positive so i took the other right after 11:00 and it was instanst. We yelled for my hubby to come to the bedroom and he walked in an sat on the bed and i threw them at him. He just smiled and kissed my belly and said i love yu(: srry its so long ..
Well. my period has always came on the same day .. Every last Wednesday of the month. It was so always on point that it even came around 11 oclock in the AM every time.. so when I didn't get it by that night I knew something was up.. I told him jokingly I was pregnant.. and then later on that week I went to the mall got a pregnancy test and I took it.. and I texted him and said.. "we really need to talk" he knew right away.. I came home to him sitting on the bed smiling.. we were both scared yet so amazed this was happening to us.. lol not really a creative or special way to tell him but that's my story.
With our first(planned), I took the test at 2am cause I was to excited to sleep and to wait for morning when he would be home for work so when i saw it was positive I took a pic of it sent it to him,he responded with OMG then got home and could not stop hugging and kissing me. For our 2nd(planned to) I felt horrible for about 1 1/2 weeks before I missed my period so the first day I was late we bought a test I took it and called him to the bed room and handed it to him and he just stared at it like it was fake and said can't believe we are actually going to have another child(our first was just over 1 years old) I'm 24 weeks with another girl!!!
I went to the hospital,for,pain in my side and the doctor told me the pain was because I was pregnant. Mean while my fiance was at work and told him he had to,come to the hospital because they found something wrong. He came in and just when he did the doctor came back in and said so you,must be the lucky daddy to be! His mouth dropped and he just fell back in the 5he chair
My partner was out fishing with his mate n I got the positive I didnt beileve it cuz I was told I couldn't have kids from the age of 13 I sent the pic to him n my mum straight up it took a good 20 mins to come up then found out I was 10 weeks and 2 days had no symptoms at all n still dont im 29 weeks 3 days....
I live with the in laws and his mom usually winds me up about being pregnant thaught nothing of it. I'd just had my implant taken out. But thaught nothing of it as she always said it. My period wasn't late I wasn't a on the dot kind of girl and is usually a couple of days either side of when I expected it. Had been getting some cramps like I was going to come on and my boobs were sore but thaught it was coz. I was going to start my period. I thaught ill take a test just to stop her taking the mickey and boy was I shocked when it was positive. Red less to say didn't tell her straight away. New I wasn't going to get time alone with my partner until we went to bed so i text him while he was at work. And sent him a picture. He's over the moon baught me a new ring and told me he's here through thick and thin. We weren't trying but stopped contraception with the attitude if it happens. It happens. 2 didn't expect it to happen so soon as we are just buying a house hadn't been having sex very regular as we were staying at the mother in laws to save money until the house went through. So now we have the house deposit currently sorting the mortgage and a baby on the way 12 weeks pregnant :) x

I had to wake my hubby up to tell him and he got so mad at me -_- he said you could've waited until tomorrow -_- I wouldn't have seen him until like 7 the next day due to us working -_- he feels bad now but yeah that's how I told him....-_-
My story is a little depressing, for me it is anyways. But happy ending. I cheated on my bf and had gotten a YI, i have irregular periods as it is so it was late by like 2 weeks, my boobs were my sign of maybe i should take a test. So i got off work late one night went to walmart and bought a test, tested the next morning which was April 1st, yep April fools i found out i was pregnant lol. I freaked yelled for my mom to come in there, and she didnt believe it, she thought i was playing a joke until i took the second one in front of her, then we went to the clinic took one. All were positive right away. I came home text the guy i cheated on my bf with, he flipped out asked me repeatedly to get an abortion or put my baby up for adoption. I called my bf told him i cheated on him and we need to talk he rushed over furious at me. When i told him i was pregnant he smiled and then held me for hours crying. These were his exact words "this baby needs a father, and i am still madly in love with you, so i love this child since i LOVE you, biologically mine or not." He's been with me through it all so far. The other guy checks in every so often but thats it. Im 34weeks today due December 4th with a lil girl, we are all excited
I love all these stories! Damn hormones, I teared up to most of them!!. Our son was around 4 and a half months old at the time and we wanted to get pregnant again soon so our kids would be close in age so I had a box of pregnancy tests at home. My husband went to work and I was telling me about how I've been nauseous and he told me I was pregnant. I didn't think I was, I thought I just ate something weird. It was over a week before I was supposed to get my period but he convinced me to take a test. So I put my son to sleep and took a test and waited. Then I called my husband and told him our son is gonna be a big brother! And sent him a picture of the test. We were surprised and really excited. Now I'm 21+5 and we just want this bundle here already! Congratulations to all you momma's!
I was in denial until my sister made me take one and when it came out positive I was so excited I just couldn't wait to tell my partner so I texted him a picture of it lol!!!
So my child father seem to know i was pregnant before me i dont know how being that be ended the relationship 2WEEKS before, anyways i was out with a friend on a Saturday i felt fine nothinf had changed but a missed period that i seem to forgot anyways i got a text from him asking me if i was pregnant i got so upset and told him all types of names,that night it was heavily on my mind all night so the next day as i was doing my laundry i got a test and took it in the bathroom 2lines clear as day omg i did not believe it i had to buy 4more when i told him he was happy and rubbed it in my face
My husband knew i was prego before i even knew. After we tried having intercourse, i told him to stop that it felt dry and painful and he got off and said your prego take a test a week later my period still hadnt come so i decided to take a test after feeling almost every symptom. It came out postive i sent him a pic of the test he was at a friends bday party. He was so happy he teared up and he announced to all his friends the great news and they celebrated with him he ended up coming home drunk off his *** i guess he drank out of happiness. :)
