just want to vent n get some feed back

ok most of u guys know me...im 23 previously have had cyst..ok lets go back..in may i had cyst..nothing major they ruptured..the period ater the cyst was 8 days late..then july i got my period 2 days late..lasted 2 days august i was suppose to get my period sunday aug.16..it came thursday aug.20..well really august 21 friday..my cycle i guess runs 27-30 days..reason being in the past i would get my period("example" march1..it would come april 1)..dead on..so i had a 30 day cycle...but not any more im all over the place.
this month i got my period and prior to it flowin i went to the bathroom used a qtip..saw a very light brown spot.then around 2:30am friday morning i was getting a tighten feeling in my lower stomach and around my waistline to my upper butt/lower back..the pain was like every 2 mins.last 2 mins..comes back in 2 min..i was watching the clock..my stomach would lock up and i would just hurt..felt like i wanted to die..scale of 1-10 a 10 killing me..i say a 10..i could not move..i ran too the bathroom and was not yet bleeding.but i had the urge like push..tried to boo boo.but nothing..but my vagina felt open and i felt as if i really wanted to push..i sware this lasted until 5am..i took an oxycodine at 445am.it knocked me out..woke up to the same pain
it slowed up in time lasting 2 mins.but coming and going every 20 mins..went to the er bfn..with the urine test..they say oh maybe ur cyst ruptured but at the same time they told me my uterus is contracting..i am confused is it a cyst or my uterus contracting..they did not do a hcg..or ultrasound..just wrote a prescription sent me on my way..i felt as if they should have done more..but had the nerve to give me an ekg.."takin pics of my heart..i asked the dr..why did they do that she said she dont know..she aint ask for that..
sorry to rant ladies but im lost..i am still on my period..but its like a medium flow..i can actually keep 1 pad on for 10 hrs...but change for sanitary purposes...what do u guys think anyone been through this..no blood clots..just in alot of pain. my periods are usually heavy..remember last period lasted 2  or 3 days normally i last 6 days..help me guys tell me something..good or bad..PLEASE...

its probably best for us to have something to do..im just waiting on tomorrow now..im not taking any more pain pills they have me feeling so weird.im so sick of being sick..this is not me..havent been to the er so much in my life..

Let me complain.. I hate this, I am tired of this. I am not going to go another 9 years befor I concieve. I am going to the doctors on Wed.. At 10. I am going to tell him to give me Clomid or something. I am not sure.

I inrolled in Collage on Friday. So maybe it will take my mind off things. And keep me busy. I am going to pray really hard. I think I am going to try the fertility diet and see what happens with it.

they did not check nothing except my heart and i was not htere for that..and after doing some research on it..the only way the can diagnose me is if..i had a history of pelvic pains and after a sonogram or mri..which they did not do..and they where suppose to check for abnormal pregnancy again they did not do..the contracting thing is killing me..i do admitt my stomcah was locking every couple of minutes like a woman explais contractions..but now im hardly bleeding and im feeling week.and super nauseaus and i just wish i can get answers asap......

did they check to make sure it wasnt ectopic? I am not sure you do have me stumped there. i would definately make sure you doctor on monday runs more tests, whether it be blood or u/s or both. you sound like you do have the symptoms of pregnancy though. but i dont understand why your uterus would be contracting.

i wanted to add.for the 10 yrs i have been having a period not once did i go without a pimple in my face..not this cycle im bump free..skin is super pretty....and im so happy with dat..maybe my cycle has did a complete 360

Thanks, that's good, and remember, be persistant....make sure that you make it known that this is really bothering you...if they don't give you those test, make sure you ask for them...some doctors just do the minimum, just cuz they are jerk faces, but if you go in there strong willed and make sure they know that your not playing around, and you know something is going on, they should be able to help you.  Don't take no for and answer...and make sure you let me know!

thanx alot..right now im feeling very sick..i want to throw up..im going to my gyno on monday..i though they would do a u/s cuz thats how they discovered the other cyst.but im just hoping to get some good answers soon.i will let u know what happens

Well, I can see why you are freakin out, I definately would be too!  That is a very confusing situation!  The symptoms you described you were having sound to me like preterm labor!  That's what I went through with my 1st and 3rd kids, but that was when I was like 7 months pregnant!!  So, then you would have to assume miscarriage...but no bleeding...hmmm...I have had cysts before too, but I have never had them rupture, they were either removed with surgery, or they just went away on thier own.  However, I have never heard of contractions with a ruptured cyst either!  I would have to say that I don't think you are pregnant due to the fact that you are on your period.  I am completely stumped!  My best advice to you would be to go back to the emergency room.  Is there another hospital in your town, or is that the only one?  If there's another one, I would definately go to the other one cuz it sounds like they didn't do thier job to begin with giving you EKG's and echo's and whatnot, that's obsurd!  If you have to go to the same one, then most definately make sure you demand specific testing like a blood HCG (just incase, you never know), and an ultrasound because even if your not pregnant, an ultrasound will tell them something!  Good luck to you, and make sure you update!!!
