Getting to sleep?

Hubby left this morning to Canada for work and is going to be gone a few days. I can not fall asleep :/ normally not this needy or lonely but he hasn't been out of town my whole pregnancy and now I'm 30 weeks n I miss him like crazy :( idk if its hormones or what but I'm super sad face. Took a warm bath,had some hot cocoa, watched a movie read a book forever, I'm crazy tired but can't seem to get to sleep :/ any suggestions ladys?

Ill totally have to cuddle his laundry to! Lol I sprayed one of his pillows with his cologne, feel kinda nerdy haha

I couldn't imagine not living with my hunny that would be awful! Sad you can't see him that often. I have a huge nest of pillows going on hoping to get a call from him when he lands tonight, or maybe ill eventually be so tired I just pass out lol

Take a semi clean shirt out of the laundry, or if his clean clothes smell like him that works too. Put it over his pillow and cuddle it. Always works for me. Hubby is a firefighter and is gone long nights with little word and this always helps when I can't seem to crash.

It gets like that sometime and I hate it. Me and my bf aren't living together yet and plus he's in the military. I one see him maybe 7 times out of each month but once he leaves me I'm very sad and just want he. I just bought a bunch of pillows and put them close to me so I don't feel so alone.
