MIRLAX YOU PUT IT IN TEA OR JUICE NO SODA/COKES, IT WORKS FOR ME EVERY TIME YOU CAN GET IT AT WALMART OR DRUG STORE ANY PLACE LIKE THESE
You can take colace, its a stool softener and it is safe during pregnancy and its over the counter. Also, make sure you are drinking a ton of water.
What always makes me "go" is fiber cereal. I like cracklin oat bran, its my favorite, usually if I eat a bowl of this I will have to go within 12 hours.
If that fails try calling your doctor and gettin something for it! Also fiber helps but not too much because it can backfire lol....good luck!

Restore a lax is safe!! It is gentle and was very helpful for me.
My midwife suggested adding a salad and 15 grapes to my diet every day...it can just be lettuce and dressing lol.....and also make sure to pump the fluids and try a cup of warm prune juice...its not the best tasting in the world but it does help You go! It works wonders for me...I hope this helps you.
