Is it good to go get a 4in1 crib with a diaper changer . Ima get it on weds cause it's on sale .. You think a cherry brown color  is for a boy or girl ?

Sounds good to me!!  Especially if you got it on sale.  Babies are expensive . ..   any savings you can find the better.  I'm sure the baby room will be awesome!!

yes, I believe since it grows with baby they're great! that color can go with either gender. :)

I got one but without the changer I wanted one with it but this one was a lot cheaper so I'm not worried about that, but my crib is the same color and I'm having a boy!

I bought a 4 in 1 with a changing table before I even knew the sex. I love it, its so pretty. Yes that color would be fine for any gender.
