I'm 9 weeks 4 days pregnant and I have a bad bad cold I could barely breath from my nose I'm up all night because I'm all congested and all I do is cough spit up mucus and blow my nose I understand that I cannot take medications I'm currently on orange juice halls and vapor rub I would like to take a Benadryl but not sure or some mucinex any help ?
