i have been on implanion since october 2010, had sex with partner and havent felt right since. (about 2 weeks ago) .tiredness, nauseousness, stomach ache/cramps lower back pain headaches. all pregnancy syptoms can any1 helpx

You wouldn't have pg symptoms this early on.  You may be ovulating, starting your period or having side effects.  Or it could be phantom symptoms.  There's still a chance you're pg but if you had sex just two weeks ago then these aren't pg symptoms.

Those symptoms aren't only pregnancy. They're also side effects of Implanon and normal day to day problems. If what you're feeling is due to pregnancy a test should show accurately, and the BC won't have an effect on the test either.
