Can pregnant women drink decaf coffee?
Sorry this is my first time being pregnant and I was wondering if I can drink decaf hot coffee? 7 weeks today:)
I just seen where you said you were 7 weeks. I would be most careful with caffeine and everything until your second trimester . I didn't drink much caffeine at all until then just incase
Yes indeed. You can have regular caffeinated coffee too but our caffeine limit is just limited. You are allowed up to 200 mg of caffeine per day. Since youre asking about decaf though, drink all u want.
