Have you had - tests but was still pregnant?

I am a week late with negative pregnancy tests. I am in sure what to think I'm trying not to get my hopes up. My husband and I have been ttc for 10 months. I am always on time 29cd but now I'm going on 36 but the negative tests are throwing me off. I can't get to a dr for bout 6 days but do have an apt. I am confused!! Any one have a situation like this an ended up being pregnant?

with my lastbaby it only came up positive with blood work.the hpt never worked.

My lmp was nov 12 and i didn't get a positive test until jan 12. I did have a strong feeling i was pregnant, but after getting several negative tests in mid dec i stopped taking tests until i took one randomly in jan and finally got a positive! Best of luck to you. Don't give up hope!

Depending when implantation occurs its very possible to be a week past before getting a posiitve... regardless of the brand of test your using as its all up to implantation to get the hormones to start and then it takes a bit for it to be high enough... i would wait a few more days and test again... well actually i personally would test a few times a day till AF shows or a second line jumps out but im a pee-on-a-stick-aholic!  lol  
Do you measure you BBT or use ovulation sticks to see when ovulation would take place for sure?

I had a neg hpt with my first. And I made an appointment to go to my doctors the blood work said I was and indeed I was everyone is different.

Thank yall so much! I am still late with no +'s YET :) I am think happy thoughts. Y'all gave me hope so I am getting a blood test either Thursday or friday if my af is still a no show.

So when to the drs again this morning, saw a different dr, they sending me up the hospital for a blood test and go from there, fingers crossed the results will come back positive.

Update... Got results back from drs.... Boring negative which *****..... So still none the wiser..... Also went to the toilet this morning and wen I wiped there was a tiny bit of like brownish blood like a tiny spot.... Nothing else though for the rest of the day.
So come Monday looks like I got to go back to the drs yet again and hopefully this time I can get the dr to do an ultra sound.
