Headache :(

I have the worst headache and I don't want to take anything because I don't wanna do anything that may hurt the baby. I'm 6weeks 2days is it ok to take maybe Advil or something like that or is it not a good idea?

The first thing to do is drink lots of water because you can get a headache from dehydration. See if that helps. If not then take tylenol. It won't harm your baby at all.

Thanks for your advice ladies, I don't have any Tylenol so I'm gonna drink some water and try to get some rest  :)

I was so scared to take anything but at 11 wks i had a headache all day i took a warm shower and called my doc and he said Tylenol was the only safe medicine thru out ur pregnancy and it helps u right away mayb 30 min and youll feel better dont b scared just take as the bottle says and all i took was two and headache hasnt come back im 15 wks already :-)

Tylenol is the only safe one to take. That's what my doctor told me. :)

mrsreeder is right..tylenol is the only safe pain reliever recommended for prego women, i had to take 2 earlier for a headache that wouldnt quit!

Advil isn't safe. Tylenol is though.
