Heads Gonna Explode !
I normally get pretty bad head aches but it seems like ever since I've been pregnant I've been having migraines . Is it normal to get severe head aches like this ? The Tylenol isn't helping at all :(
My Dr. Told me caffeine usually is the best to help with pregnancy headaches. And she said as long as you aren't drinking anything caffeinated constantly
Take the Tylenol extra strength with a coke the caffeine will really help. Also get ice packs and put it across your eyes and the back of your head whichever feels the best to you. That's what i do. I got migraines before i was pregnant and now is even more frequent. Just make sure to lay down and try to relax the muscles in your face. Lol sounds funny but it helps!
