Heart Rate Third Trimester

I am currently 31 weeks but I been feeling my heart rate faster than ever when I am laying down. Was wondering if this is normal has it happened to anyone else? I am concern, when this happens I also feel a headache and start feeling really hot plus get really red in my checks. Please someone share if you have felt this way and what can I do or why does it happen. Thank you!

My heart was 120 at my last doctors visit and has been above 100 the past 3 times. I'm 37 weeks/:

Putting a fan infront of me works wonderfully but my husband and daughter get cold cause its like 13 degrees outside and I am using a fan inside lol

I appreciate your response but can u tell me what Braxton Hicks is I thought it was the fake contractions.

It sounds like you're having Braxton hicks. The same thing happens to me. If you put a fan in front of you that helps, or try to sit up and take deep breaths.
