I'm 21 weeks & 4 days When I'm lying down on my back and I look and feel my baby bump there's like an up and down beating where the baby is.... So Is that the heart beat of the baby or is just my pulse or something ..?

Good way to tell, find your pulse on your neck and watch your belly. If its your HB it'll be in sync

Its the heartbeat. I find it before they check it every time and when they do check its in the same spot too :) so its definitely the baby.
