Well I'm not lactose intolerant because I can eat ice cream and pizza and all that, but ever since I was a baby I just couldn't drink milk. I just can't, I can eat cereal and have milk in the bowl but I try not to get to much milk on the spoon haha. I just put it in my cereal so it's not dry. But I think I could deal with the mustard trick! Thanks again everyone!!

I have had terrible heartburn too. I found drinking a teaspoon of baking soda in a bit of warm water helps or chewing sugar free chewing gum

Even water gives me heart burn! My dr told me to take Ranitidine 150mg twice a day or just once depending how bad it is. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. It works wonders for me! I tried tums in the beginning and they didn't do anything for me.

The fruit flavored tums didn't do anything for me, try the peppermint flavor, it helped me. I used to take like two every night but once I took them the heartburn went away really soon after
