Hello physical therapy

Turns out its not sciatica or spd. Instead I have multiple slipped disks and tore my sacroiliac joint. Probably until after she's born I will be going to physical therapy twice a week to try and fix all of these and I have to wear a pelvic belt 24/7

And people tried telling me these were normal pregnancy pains!

Owieeeee! That's gotta be 10x worse than scaitic pain. Glad you got it figured out and can take steps towards fixing it.

Thanks, I will probably have to continue physical therapy even after she's born due to the torn joint, but whatever it takes to fix this. I go back Thursday and continue. And I get this handy dandy belt I have to wear

Oh my Im so sorry love...i know that can be extremely painful...my mom has had many and i see the pain she is in and she isnt even pregnant...i hope once your little one is born you start feeling better

Never listen to other people when they tell you something is normal and you know its not. Thats what everyone including doctors told me about my joints and foot pain. I'm sorry you have to deal with this but I'm glad someone found out what was going on with you so you can hopefully fix it.
