Read some pregnancy quotes on Google. Or try to join a yogo class in your area best way by far to release stress. Also ask your partnerto take you out. A date can help my bf always cheers me up so easy to ttalk to.
Drink some water, deep breaths, take a "me day" and do something nice for yourself. I also get annoyed super easily in the heat and this helps me.
