Help! Vomiting / diarrhea

Ever sence i  started taking new prenatals (still man valley  prenatals from walmart  ) I've been puking & right afer I get the runs . It's just so disgusting and I want to make it stop , any chance that it might be the prenatals ?

I had the same problem and my dr told me to try out the Prenatal Gummies (they work just as well as regular prenatals) but call to your dr first :)

Consult a doctor, you need to stay hydrated. Try skipping the prenatal for 1 day and see if it makes a difference.
