Help dealing with stress...

I am 22 weeks pregnant with my first child and my uncle passed away 2 months ago and I have not yet grieved for fear of the stress I will put on my baby. I am finding out now that my grandmother has terminal cancer and is not expected to last very long. I have so much emotion bottled up and I am so scared to allow myself to grieve. I don't know how much stress is "OK" for the baby and how much will effect him. I  usually a very emotional person when dealing with death and I feel like a horrible person for not allowing myself to feel bad. What do I do???

Honey cry... cry as much as u need to. I cry and paint to relieve stress and to grieve. it creates more stress and makes u exhausted to bottle it up. if u cry or whatever u do to grieve it will help. my cousin committed suicide last month by driving head on into another car and took another life with him. i took it hard but felt better when i let it all out. i will pray for u honey.

And remember its ok to feel sad. Death is hard its best to deal with it now rather then when you have a newborn who senses your emotions and will reflect them back.

Keeping it bottled up still causes you to stress. Crying is your bodies natural way of relieving stress. I say cry if you feel the need to you will feel better after.
