Help dont know what to do!!!
Our air is broken right now so its realy hot. I notice my feet is swelling realy bad and kye is not moving at all what should i do i have a doctors appointment tomorrow but im realy worried im 35 weeks
Just do whatcyou can to stay cool, cold shower windows open maybe spent yourself with a spray bottle during the day eat cool foods, we don't have a.c. so I keep a small battery powered fan next to me. Heat causes extra water retention that's why the extra swelling, I'm sure baby is okay just hot=lazy for most people, kids and even animals too
