Take him to the doctors just to be on the safe side. Doctors have ftms bringing their babies in for much less than that. If you are in England give nhs direct a call, they are great at giving advice, or you could ask a pharmacist.

Did u get him the vaccination for whooping cough? Its really bad lately and it can lead to death. Im not trying to scare u but im letting u know. Ask the doctor about it.

Take him to the Dr for sure. A cough that young isn't somethin to mess around with. You can try bringing him into a hot steamy bathroom to help him breathe easier..or use a humidifier. Good luck!

Just watch his breathing...and make sure when he breath he isn't sucking his stomach under his ribs to hard...at 2 months old we were in the hospital with my little guy and found out he had rsv and because I was a worry wart like you and got him to the hospital right away they were able to treat it no problem. So I say it pays to be a worry wart lol
