I think i might be pregnant

I think I might be pregnant. I have been really naseaus this past week and vommiting almost every morning. My boobs aren't really sore but there heavy. I have also gained a few pounds which isn't normal for me. I have these white bumps on my left nipple. My back and neck area has been hurting really bad. I was a week late but i got my period 3 days ago. Its not really heavy like it usually is. I was on it for 2 days then off and now im barely bleeding again. I have horrible headaches and sensitive to smells and i get really dizzy. I have severe abdominal pain and i cant eat nothing but pickles. Could i be pregnant even though im having my period, but its not one of my normal periods?

Definitely do a test and then you will know. A lot of what you are saying is similar to pregnancy symptoms and the bleeding may be implantation. If the test is negative and your are still worried it might be worth seeing your DR.

I would go go the doctor because it could be implantation bleeding and not a true period. I say that because I had the same type symptoms and sure enough here I am 17 weeks pregnant with twins

Have you taken a pregnancy test? Some women do have bleeding when they are in early pregnancy and doesn't necessarily indicate a problem... Definitely take a test first thing in the morning and see how it comes out. Good luck!
