So frustrating, these first few weeks. Like Petite Wonder I had light bleeding but it happened several days before I was due. Implantation bleeding is normally super-light, if you get it at all, but it's possible that you're experiencing first-trimester decidual bleeding like Stacey suggests.
Re symptoms, maybe. The headache, bloating and backache were all things I had my first week. I get nausea with bad PMS, mostly it's not considered a serious pregnancy symptom till around week 5 or 6.
If your hpt was negative and you've had to wait in the past to get a BFP, I'd wait at least a week before taking another pregnancy test. You know your body best -- if you really suspect pregnancy and not stress or illness, make sure you're taking care of yourself -- drinking water, cutting alcohol and caffeine, taking vitamins. Due waht you can to reduce your stress level. Also, if sex is causing worrisome bleeding, maybe hold off for a couple days and see what happens. :-)
The discharge is now like a brownish color and every now and then it becomes a little pink. I haven't gotten my results from blood test back yet. I talked to my Pastor's wife and she said that her Thyroid was the reason she miscarried her first two. I'm curious to see what's going on with my body.
How soon should I test? I don't think that the spotting was an actual period cause it wasn't normal. I'm usually very regular.
My spotting is only after my husband and I have sex. It stops otherwise. Last time before I miscarried the baby a pregnancy test didn't show I was pregnant til week 10 and I lost it week 11.
I dont think that its implantation bleeding if your period was due two days ago, it maybe your period starting, or what can happen in early pregnancy is that there isnt enough hormone in your system to stop a small period like bleed but enough to keep the pregnancy goin, keep an eye on your bleeding and if it isnt like a normal period for you i.e. shorter or lighter and you would expect, then wait for it to stop and retest using first morning urine, alot of women have this type of bleeding at the time when there period is due, thats why they dont realise they are pregnant until 12wks sometimes later
It may be Implantation Bleeding .. I dunno if they can determine at that time with a blood test if you were .. Wait 6-12 days after the spotting and try again :)
Yeah I would wait and see what the blood test says.. maybe see where you stand in a week... As seattle said, implantation bleeding usually doesnt turn into a flow..
When I had implantation bleeding, it happen around CD 27.. I thought it was AF coming as I had been spotting the last couple periods for up to 5 days before it would start... My implantation bleeding was maroonish red to start then brownish and only lasted a couple hours... I didnt test because i thought i wasnt pregnant and ended up testing 6 days later when it didnt turn into anything..
If its a heavier flow today then it could be your period starting even if its not typical.. but if it stops and it is implantation bleeding, you probably wont test positive for a couple more days...
Try not to stress your symptoms too much, its hard when they all match but they dont always mean pregnancy...
I hope you get your BFP but at this stage, it could go either way.
I would wait a few days and see if the flow continues. Implantation bleeding is usually not a flow but more like spotting. Keep us posted:)
