Hemorrhoid, desperate!

I have had a hemorrhoid since last Saturday and it does not seem to be getting any better. It actually seems to have gotten a little bigger. It's probably the size of a purple grape at this point and I can't take it anymore. I've tried sitting in the bath, icing it, and using cream; so far nothing is working. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do that I'm not doing already? Thanks!

Witch hazel mixed into some sort of base. Like 100% aloe gel or Vaseline/aquaphor. Its been helping me and mine was BAD. like sorry for the tmi but anytime I'd sit on the toilet, the inside of my butt would pop out. It was purple and painful. But the witch hazel mix along with an ice pack when going to sleep really helped. I also got aloe infused wet wipes for potty time.

Try wipes with witch hazel they helped more than anything

The wipes I think called witch hazel and hemmeroid cream worked for me.

honestly it sounds weird but I rubbed baby advil on mine.  it got rid of the swelling within 4 hrs and the pain was not as noticeable.  I ran out of other ideas in the house lol

I know how you feel. It's so uncomfortable :(  but try them. If it doesn't work I'd let my doctor know

Try preparation h medicated wipes. I use them and they totally work. If it's really bad I just cut a piece out of the wipe and leave it on and change it as it dries out lol.
