Herbal bath
Hi mommies! Have you all heard of taking an herbal bath after giving birth? Thoughts? ?
My midwife has mentioned it to me but I didn't need it because I didn't rip and I wasn't swollen but I would definitely try it if I needed it. With my first I just took a SITZ bathroom (Epsom salt with essential oils).
