He's Here/ birth story

Alexander arrived on sept 10 at 740pm weighing 7lbs 14 oz and 18.5 inches long. When i went to my dr appt on tuesday morning i was 6 cm dialated and had been walking around for almost a week at 6 cm. I had a huge bulge of membranes and his head was high so it was causing me to go into labour but stop for alnost a few weeks. On tues morning my doc stripped my membranes and stretched me and sent me for an nst test. While i was there i started contracting every 3-5mins but irregular so they gave me oxytocin and within 5 hrs my son arrived! His heartbeat dropped below 60 as he was being born so my doc used the vacuum and i pushed for less then 5 mins. I decided to do it all natural and went without an epidural. It was an intense 5 hrs but recovery has been much better this time around. Alexander is just perfect abd a very content baby. Thank you ladies for all your support and I wish you all a wonderful birth:)
