Hi! Before a missed period, can a woman who achieved conception have symptoms that are the same as or similar to PMS symptoms? If so, are they stronger than regular PMS symptoms?

my first prego symptoms were actually period like cramps. I had these till 5 wks,i still have them sometimes but its not as much as the first weeks.I would cramp like i was about to get my peiod.

Very often I hear that women confuse the symptoms of menstrual cycle with pregnancy because both are similar. But to my knowledge the symptoms are very week if you are pregnant. But remember every women is different. So it is better not to confuse you until you miss your cycle and then take a test. Because it gives you lot of anxiety and stress if you start thinking of the symptoms

Like clysa said its a yes and no question. Every woman is different and can experience different things and some end up being pregnant and some dont. Only way to ever tell is to take a test.

Yes they can. It's why symptoms are a poor judge to go off of when trying to determine pregnancy. Some women will not notice anything amiss but the missed period. Others might have every symptom possible but not be pregnant. A test would be the only way to tell.
